Prior to Arcfield, Kelly was President of the National Security and Innovative Solutions Sector of CACI International, where he revamped his high-tech company with the creation of a $ 2.1 billion industry focused on invention, developing and delivering advanced solutions to industry leaders C5ISR and meters -National drone programs. Previously, Kelly worked at LGS Innovations for over 22 years in a variety of roles including Director of Strategy, Director of Operations and eventually CEO.
